J-BusinessDirectory - general settings-front end setting-set menu Id?

I am wondering what i pit in for menu item id in front end settings in general settings. what exactly does this mean and how do I find the menu ID to put in

When searching from home page though the search module you do not have the possibility to specify a menu item id in case you want a different configuration for search results. (different modules on page)

We provide the possibility that if the search is coming from home to specify a menu item id to provide a different page configuraiton.

Usuallty the menu item id set is the menu item id of business directory item (if there is one).

Basically I do not have to use it unless I want to specify for the home page. If I do not put anything in this it will not affect how the system works.
