J-BusinessDirectory - How to add package selection?

I am new to Joomla and JBusinessDirectory. I have installed JBusinessDirectory and it works fine. A business ownerc an claim the entry but how does a the business owner select a package and make payment? I can see on the demo site there is a "Business Plan" menu but I can't figure out how to set up similar menu on my site.

Another problem is trying the display the businesses addresses in the directory to include the country information as well. At the moment, the address stops at the city. It doesn't help when the directory contains business from several country. For example 2 businesses are in Birmingham but one in the United Kingdom and the other in the United States. We don't want the user to click a business in the wrong country.

Updating the user manual with examples will definitely help new users. Meanwhile, I hope I can get the answer promptly.

Usually the claim process is active due to importing the listings through a csv file. The default package (usually free) can be associated by deactivating/activating the packages on application settings.

After a business owner claims a business listings, the site admin has to approve the claim. Once the claim is approved the business owner can edit the business listings and also change the package (if packages are enabled). If a paid package is chosen, an order will be generated.
