Does ANYONE know how this works? Custom modules in listing results?  I have tried this forever now with no results... I'm looking for each step..what to set in GENERAL SETTINGS, which VIEW to use, etc..I am open to other users input at this point..thanks!

Hi Peter,

You can create a menu item of type Business listings and associate any custom modules with it.

To create a menu item of type Business listings please read: http://cmsjunkie.com/docs/jbusinessdirectory/menuitems.html

Thanks, that works for 1 business listing - If you try to do menu items for multiple business listings, it does not work (Tech support doesn't know why it doesn't work)

I was asking about the custom module position in search results though..steps, specific templates selected and custom module name would be helpful.  I have tried what it says in the documentation, with no luck.

Hi Peter,

In terms of single business listing we don't offer a way to associate a menu item id due to Joomla limitations. You can use a Joomla functionality called metamod to load modules based on the business listing id.

We can also custom code to load a business listing specific position should you you want just one position to load custom modules.
