J-BusinessDirectory - buying an offer /memebership

I'm confused with J-Directory.I want to have users sign up via paypal.I don't see how the packages, offers, and company offers work together. I read that offers are for member companies.SO  how do i create a page where members can join, populate their directory ad and pay. I thought i could figure that out in the PDF, but no luck. I also don't want to have someone claim a listing, so can that be shut off, or it may become a non issue since the user will be paying for their ad.I need some assistance !!Thanks

Users cannot sing up via Paypal They can only pay via PayPal.

In edit package view, in manage package in admin section you can associate the package feature to any package. You can link a package to offers, events,...

The user registration is the Joomla user registration. Every registered user can access control panel (front-end) from where he can manage his company listing, offers, events, user profile.

Claim option appear only for companies that have user Id equal to 0. User Id represents the id of Joomla user.
