J-BusinessDirectory - Custom Attributes Import and Export

Hi, I am wanting to set the custom attributes to when I import a business. But export doesn't show these columns. 

I have a large dataset that needs to be be uploaded regularly with these atributes set.

Also I can't seem to select a csv to upload (it greys out all files in chrome and safari). Running V.3.5.1.

If I can't import anything then I can't use this software and would need to refund it back (purchased 2 days ago)

Currently custom attributes cannot be imported. We will add this possibility in the near future.

Importing mechanism should work without any problems. Can you provide us joomla admin access to check this (using contact form)? Maybe there is a conflict with something else.

Is there a solution for this? I'd like to know how this custom export can be done as well.

Currently there is no solution about exporting/importing custom attributes. We are going to integrate this in 1-2 months.

Hello George,  I am also in the same boat as your other customers.  Do you have a suggestion on how we can manually move the information from the current site to the new site through myphp.
