J-BusinessDirectory - how to restore countries

I read the post from aug 7 about restoring countries but I am not sure how to do that. Do i need to go into data base and put the information from the jbusiness administrator component into the data base in sql exactly how it appears in the programming. i am a little weak in this area and do not want to make a mistake.

There is a file called intall.sql in admin/com_jbusinessdirectory/sql/. In the file you would find the insert sql with the name of the countries. You have to replace the prefix with the one that you have and run the query on your database. The tables is called #__jbusinessdirectory_countries.
