J-BusinessDirectory - JBusiness Directory - Every links from created business file goes back to homepage

I've started integrating a business directory with JBusiness Directory.

For the creation, no problem. I also created a Menu item with a category list.

When i try to click on a subcategory to display the business file I created, it always links back to home page.

Also tried adding an image, it also links back to the home page.

The URL seems to change but the page itself displays a messed up version of my homepage.

Any input on this and solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

If you access the directory modules from home page there is no menu item associated with it. You have to associate a menu id with the directory. You can do that by entering a menu item id in the general settings of directory extension.

You can also set a menu item id in the directory search module.

The way I came across resolving the issue was that I needed to uncheck the "Enable SEO" under the general settings. If this can be of any use for other users :)
