J-BusinessDirectory - JBusinessUtil not found

Hello,

With the intent to apply some upgrades to our site before applying them to a live instance, we took a copy and moved it to a new server account. This seemed to go fine until the extraction process finished and we ran into the 'JBusinessUtil' not found error. I did some research before posting this and it seems this problem was a known error in the past when J-BUsiness Directory and SP Page Builder were installed on the same site, however that issue seems to have been fixed in versions after what we have installed. We have SP Page Builder 3.8.8 installed and J-Business Directory 5.7.3 installed currently.

Are there any other known causes for this issue?

We recommend performing another install over the current version to make sure that all files are present.
The issue with the SP Page Builder in the past was about a 404 error.
If the issues persists on your side please create a ticket and provide us admin access.

 

 

Attempting to install the latest version results in a generic "error" on the install page.

Where/how should I submit a ticket? On the Contact form?
