Language change
I need to change the title of "Region" to "State"
How can I do that?

Go to JBD directory backend -->General settings --> Tab on top Languages --> click on English language file there..
You have two sections there File : en-GB and Custom file.
Search to find and then change "Region" to "State" there and "Save" *** important it bcs take time that file if you dont have fast server and you will see a green confirmation on top of that section that its saved and working. (or do a Joomla override language standard translation..)
