J-BusinessDirectory - Limit tickets to an event to registered users

Is there a way to restrict the ability to book tickets for an event to registered users?

We've created a virtual trade show for our advertisers.  I installed Event Booking and created tickets, so that's working.

I would now like to make sure that people who get tickets to the event are registered users on our site, but don't see how to do that.  We created a custom registration form, and the information on the guest details page does not match what we ask for when they register.

I'm not using Event Bookings, but based on the manual (note manual is 5.4.x)

Noticed that user has possibility to login  and see in my opinion stange option for user: Create a user with email address provided.

I assume the latest option is (or need) only visible in backend. So there is an option to auto create user with Event Bookings ?

Which version are you using? Note that version 5.4.1. will give some issues, unable to edit events.

Hi,

Currently, it is up to the user if he wants to create an account or book a ticket as a guest.
We do not provide the possibility to force the user to create an account.
We will add a new setting in the near future.

Robert - thanks, I saw that too.  The problem is, we have a custom registration form with required fields, so even if they created a user with the email it wouldn't meet our requirements.

George - that is awesome!  Not sure where that setting is on your roadmap, but look forward to using it.
