J-BusinessDirectory - new beta version 4.0 not installing. Errors and duplicates for database

george you sent me a copy of version 4.0 and I had problems because it said there was duplicate database stuff and my site would not load ofter without errors. So you sent me another version and it installed ok.

I was installing mijo sef cause my loading time was caused because native sef for version joomla 3.3.6 does not work fast. Well I should of backed up before this and did not and my site froze. So I restored a backup that was before I installed the version 4. I went to install the second version you sent me after I had errors and now I have the errors again.

I cannot paste the errors here causefirfox will not allow me to and I tried my explorer but it will not allow me to even type things in the forum.
