Hello,

 

I figured most of the system out but when i try to process a payment in the site i get the following error


Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in public_html/components/com_jbusinessdirectory/classes/services/PaymentService.php on line 29

 


I checked my payment setup and I onyl had cash and direct deposit set up, when I went back in to check bank deposit was gone and paypal was the default.

Hi,

 

The situation that you describe can only happen when you reinstall the component (delete the old version and install a new one).

Payment processors are saved in database and can changed only manually by site administrator. There are no overrides.

so I have to start over again with the whole site??

Hi,

 

It seems that bank transfer processor has been deleted. We have revert the changes. It is back online.

thanks for that, but I am still getting the same error

so I turned off all payments and turned them on one at a time and it turns out the cash payment is the broken one. but I have also noticed that its showing the direct payment details to the client.

You have added an empty field to processor settings and that caused the error. We have removed it and all should be OK.

thanks for that george. but now I have issues with the email templates are all being sent as blank and its not telling the client that they will receive an email with payment details all they get on the website page is the following

so I got the emails sending now byt they are all blank with no subject.

Hi,

 

You have added multiple e-mails of same type. You should have only one e-mail of the same type. You have multiple e-mail templates that are emtpy.

Please remove duplicates and try again.

 

The order e-mail template is the same for all payment methods. Only payment details are changing.

I removed all of the double email templates but I am still having the same issues with info missing.

Did this get resolved? I have the exact same issue/error, I believe, and I just removed one dublicate from e-mail templates. It didn't solve the problem, so are there other causes/possible solutions?
