It's been a month since I've been asking you to fix the errors in my account that prevent me from downloading my files that I paid for.
Even with multiple email exchanges with George Bara [ CMS Junkie Toronto, CA ], nothing is done!

Last I heard JBD was not working unless recently fixed.
There were a few threads on the issue in the last month.
Also, JBD Quote Requests did not work for me a week or so ago.
There was an update recently as well but that made the module completely disappear from my screen.
I gave up and just ended up deactivating JBD Quote Requests.
@Joe - the module for the JBD Quote Requests disappeared on your website because you changed the categories and there was no question defined for the searched category. In this case, the module is not showing.
Yes, the module is appearing after reviewing my configuration settings.
I tested the plugin and it appears to be working.
I believe the settings in my configuration were reset after my bug requests were corrected by CMS.

When I click on the set category on the Main Menu the module appears.
However, when I click on the category in the JBD - Category module the module does not appear.
Why is that?
