J-BusinessDirectory - Question About Reviews

Did some test reviews, Deleted the reviews but still see the images being saved in the directory "/media/com_jbusinessdirectory/pictures/reviews/".  Is there a Cron job or something that removes these images after I delete the review if I don't like them or for example can a hacker or ahole look for all the sites on the web that run this software, create a crappy review that might get deleted but know that they can use their images else wear by linking to them if they know the path?  Also this would eat up my web space.  Does anyone know if there is a cron that removes the files after a period of time from

/media/com_jbusinessdirectory/pictures/reviews/

There is a function that deletes the non-used pictures. Right now, there seems to be an issue with the function.
A fix will be applied on the 5.8.4 version.
