J-BusinessDirectory - Ratings is not working

The ratings is not working, it shows the stars for the listing in the front end but we can select the stars to rate.

It says the field is empty and we cannot type or select any.

Can you please help?

it may be a javascript conflict with a plugin or template

try changing to bees template to see if its a template issue and then try disabling some plugins

Also might look into a cashe program that might be combining javascript or removing "unused or caping size" such as JCH Optimize

Also, a firewall can strip code
