You have do add more info to your server & Joomla environment to get help I guess too. Joomla version, JBD version, php version, mysql version etc
There is a setting in JBD admin "General Settings" Fix database have you done that easy test if it solve the problem I guess its not doing?

The issue is generated when a listing is saved with empty city/region.
We will address the issue on the 5.7.4 version that will be out tomorrow.
