J-BusinessDirectory - Unable to update from J-BusinessDirectory 5.6.10 to 5.7.2

Sequence of Events:
Running Joomla 3.10.6
Installed J-BusinessDirectory 5.6.10 and J-Directory Template
Update to Joomla 3.10.8
Attempted to Update to J-BusinessDirectory 5.7.2
First I tried to update from the J-BusinessDirectory update section.
     Error: “Class ‘JBusinessUTil’ not found”.
     J-BusinessDirestory not working and Joomla Control Panel not working.
     Restored backup.
Second, I tried to install from Joomla Upload Package File.
     This time nothing happened = no error message or any results at all.
     J-BusinessDirestory not working and Joomla Control Panel not working.
     Restored backup.
Third, I tried to install from the Joomla Install from Folder.
     Again nothing happened = no error message or any results at all.
     J-BusinessDirestory not working and Joomla Control Panel not working.
     Restored backup.
From the Forum, I found the Fix Database Button and did that.
I disabled the Plug In J-Business Directory URL Translator because the pre-check for Joomla 4.1.2 recommended it for that update.
I also disabled the Admin Module J-Business Directory because this is causing the Joomla Control Panel to malfunction. When enabled, I can’t go to the Joomla Control Panel and get the message: “Class ‘JBusinessUTil’ not found”.
I again tried to update from Upload Package File, Install from Folder, J-Business Directory update section and even the Joomla update section; numerous times.
All with similar results as far as No success or error messages.
I have tried every available combination that I can think of.
The website seems to function differently in style, but is functioning, with no reversion to backup needed when the Admin Module J-Business Directory is disabled.
Usually, I would enjoy a puzzle like this, but I am out of pieces. Please help.

That is exactly what I am trying to do and it will NOT Install. Mike.

When performing the pre-check to upgrade to Joomla 4.1.2, it states that J-BusinessDirectory 5.7.2 is required.
It also states that 5.7.2 is required for Joomla 3.10.8. And yet, with the current Joomla 3.10.8, 5.6.10 is functioning correctly.
Is it possible that if I upgrade to Joomla 4.1.2, that I will then be able to install J-BusinessDirectory 5.7.2?

Can you please create a ticket on our store and provide us admin access?
