J-BusinessDirectory - URGENT- J-BusinessDirectory Quickstart installation error

We bought J-BusinessDirectory together with the template and various components, in the download area as a J-BusinessDirectory component is the J-Network Template and Quick-start package.
Install this package on the server and it is only a version of joomla, the J-BusinessDirectory component is not there, the template is not there, it is absolutely empty, a quickstart package should be ready to launch.
Then install the template with the j-network-installer.zip installer and the same, the template is empty, it does not include anything.

I need you to tell me how to install the J-BusinessDirectory component, which is the basis for everything else and I don't have it in the download area
