J-BusinessDirectory - Webhook with stripe is not working and is costing me customers

My webhooks with stripe is not working since the last update. My customers says that thier package has expired, when clearly they make automatic payments. I am loosing cutomers because of this. i have put in a support ticket. with no help. i have escalated the ticket. is

check your packages and settings with every update.

It's working on my setup, but I had to do the same with the last update.

On your website you have configured correctly the products on Stripe.
You need to have a 1 to 1 relation between JBD and Stripe.

Also there are some issues with the automatic notifications that are being blocked or redireted for some reasons.

I had to set a firewall rule in Cloudflare to allow the callback URL! 

If you use Cloudflare check the Security Overview tab for firewall rule blocks.
