J-BusinessDirectory - Why is there no State field?

I can't find a State fields when entering listings (i.e., California, Texas, etc..). Sorry if I'm missing something!

I believe due to the globalness of this componet it uses the language of "Region" as opposed to "State". Not sure which language file controls this but there should be a way to easily change the word "region" to "State". Hope that helps.

Yes Jason, you are right. You can use the region field for state.

You can change the naming from the language files located under {joomla}/adminsitrator/components/com_jbusinessdirectory/language. Search for region and replace with state. Please do not change the text identifiers.
