JHotelReservation Forum - Add payment cash method or offline payment processor

Hello,

I need to add a reservation without paying directly but getting credit card information in case a customer doesn't come in the hotel.

It says in your component that we can do offline payment but i don't see them in payment processors. Is there any update ?

Hi Arnaud, 

You can enable the Offline Bank Processor in the Payment Processor section in the backend. This is availbe for the Pro Version only. 

Bank Order or Offline Bank processor will help you collect payments from your clients by the means of wire transfers.

This is how it works:

-        The hotel admin sets the required bank account information in the Bank Order processor

-        Upon reservation completion the hotel sends via email(in the reservation email) the complete bank account information where the client can wire transfer the money.

-        The client goes to the bank and transfers the money into the hotel’s account based on the data received.

-        Once the transfer has been made the hotel confirms the payment and approves the reservation.
