Hi,

 


I have the pro version of JHotelReservation,but there are a lot of problems that are still not solved with this version :( 

 

During the reservation should always create a new user account ?  We can not connect with an account already createdinstead of completing the details requested we connect with a user account. 

Any help please

Hi,

Yes, a new user is created for each reservation since we do not have a hotel customer account management.

For the moment we can check if a user exists and do not create a new one. It is Ok for you like this?

 

Can you also make a list of problems that you have and send it to our support team? They will help you to fix them.

It can be a solution, but how you will verify the existence of a customer? He will always lead to  complete the registration formualire?

We are planning for future releases to have the customer retrieve personal information if he/she had previously booked with the same hotel.  

Hi,

how can I remove the guest Passport/National ID field from the account details section of the booking process. as it is a mandatory field it cannot be left blank or hidden.


Any help appreciated

You can disable this from backend->Application Settings->set Save Guest Details to no
