JHotelReservation Forum - Customers confused by click check for availability twice

Hi. I just installed the reservation system and several of my friends who tried got gonfused and thought we are fully booked when we have availability.

They first select dates for check in and check out, then click check availability.

In next step they are alloved to change the dates and then again click check availablity.
This is confusing and most of my test pilots thought we are fully booked and that they HAVE TO change the date for their reservation.

Is there any way to avoid this confusing step?

Hi Ulf,

You can avoid this step. All you need to is go in your Joomla back end -> JHotelReservation-> Application Settings and set the Show Room Preferences : option to no. This will no longer be displayed.
