JHotelReservation Forum - Different rates for p/p sharing vs per unit vs per person

Im researching your extension for my clients B&B website. Everything seems to be ok. I need to know if I can set different rates per room for per person sharing, per unit and per person like the way you can choose on safarinow.com. My client rents out rooms based on those 3 options.

My client also takes reservations telephonically. Is there a way to reserve his booking on the system so that its shows as unavailable to other prospective clients online

We will release this week a new version that will contain an availbility calendar for hotel guests. Once the admin enters a reservation the system will automatically reflect the change.

For now we have only one price set for the room on a specific day. We can provide you with a quote if you are intersted.

I would like the system to have the following:

2 rates per room i.e. Per Person Rate and Per Person Sharing Rate.

In the first step when you choose number of ppl and number of rooms the system must choose only available rooms based on ur requirements.

So, if I chose 1 room and 2 ppl the system must automatically display only rooms that are available and calculate the rate for the room based on per person sharing and in another scenario if I chose 2 bedrooms and 2 ppl it must automatically display only rooms that are avail and calculate the rate per room based on the per person rate.

Kids must get a 25% discount.
