JHotelReservation Forum - horizontal menu doesnt work

i want my JHotelReservation-modul in a horizontal way like on this demo site from cms junkie: http://hoteldemo.cmsjunkie.com/index.php

thats a main reason why i bought this product. Here is my result:

it works fine in a vertical way. My template doesnt seems to be the source of the issue.

Could someone help me please?

The horizontal menu has been adapted for 2 of our templates.
It is not defined yet to all styles. Please use residence and royal styles to enable the horizontal layout.
