JHotelReservation Forum - How to cancel a reservation?

When I see the reservs I can't cancel it, only edit and delete it.

I can't change the reservs state.

I will like cancel a reservs and send confirmation email.

How can I do that?

Hi,

In order to cancel a reservation you have to set the status to CANCELED. You have to go to manage reservation section and select the state from select box.

If you encountered any problems please send us your ftp and joomla adminstritation access throught contact form.
