JHotelReservation Forum - [SOLVED] template email

Hi.

I have a problem with the emails template.

When I edit the Reservation Email, the html content isn't saved. For exemple I wanted to add the hotel logo at the end, but it disapear when I save the email.

The other point is when I want to edit again the email template, all the HTML is gone, I just have all the text as 1 paragraph.

Is it a bug ?

How can I add html like images, or color in the email ? (and to keep this html layout after save it of course)

There was a problem related to your environmnet which is now solved. The html content is saved properly. You can add images or colors by using the editor in place,

Hi. When attempting to edit the invoice email template in Joomla3.4.3 - J-HotelReservation - Manage Email Templates - Invoice Email, it does not allow me to save, save & close, or cancel, regardless of Joomla admin template (Isis, Hathor) or editor (JCE, TinyMCE, none). This sounds like a common problem with Joomla, but not sure it's the same.

1. Is this a known issue with a solution?

2. Is the invoice template a file somewhere that I can edit via FTP instead of Joomla?

Please help me. I need to edit email templates. I can't even create a new one. Just tell me where the file is to edit please.

YES! It worked, thanks so much! This resolved the issue of not being able to edit email templates. It also fixed a PayPal issue that had newly popped up with an error stating I had passed an "incorrectly formatted item amount." Now it all works beautifully. Thanks again!
