JHotelReservation Forum - Template override not working

I am wanting to remove the password/nationality ID field.

I have edited the defualt.php file in the guestinformation folder and put it in the following directory in the selected template folder: /html/com_jhotelreservation/guestinformation

What might I be doing wrong?

You don't need to remove the javascript validation from the bottom of the file. 

Hi, I didnt remove the javascipt, just the cell containing the relavent field but yet the override does not load ie the page displays the original file/layout.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant that: you need to remove the javascript validation from the bottom of the file.

I am still a little confused as I can't see the javascript coding in this file. Also whether or not the javascript is there, the altered file should be loaded and it is not.

I am obviously not understanding something :-)

You're saying that you modified the file and the modifications do not show up ?
