JHotelReservation Forum - Voucher field and additional rooms

Hello, I need help.

I bouhgt the Hotel Reservation Pro Extension.

It seems that the voucher functionality doesn´t work?

If so, where can I deactivate the voucher field?

I also have another question.

When the guest click to "add room" in the reservation field he can only choose 1 - 4 persons per additional room. My customer has apartments with more max. guests. Where can I increase this value?

You can set the room's capacity in the Manage Rooms section in the backend. You can set a maximum capacity and a base capacity. You can find more details about it in the user manual.

1. where can I deactivate the voucher field?

2. I set the value of maximum capacity in the manage room section(more than 4 people). In the frontend, when the guest want to book more than one room and clicks on "add room" he can´t only choose 1 - 4 guests per room. When he only want to book one room he can choose more than 4 persons per room(the value I set it in the manage room section),  everything works like it should. The problem is only the "add room" function in the frontend for more than one room – I can´t increase this value.

Ther is one important thing I need:

3. I need a tourism tax which is calculatet per person per night and the price should be shown in the price summary. I tried to do this in the "extra option" section. Set it to mandatory and the Price to "Price per Person" but this doesn´t work because it doesn´t  take the number of persons and nights automatically for the whole stay. Is there a way to do this? If I set "price per person" and "mandatory" I got also a php error:

"Notice:undefined index: variables in ....extraoptions/tmpl/default.php on line 259

Please see your answers below. 

1. You can deactivate the voucher field from the hotel reservation module. You'll find it in the Module Manager in the backend. 

2. Please send us your Joomla login via email and we'll have a look at the rooms issue. 

3. The only way to do this is via the Extra options. The error you're receiving it's just a warning. It doesn't impact the functionality. We'll look into it and remove it.
