One great performance optimisation for Jb directory would be to have an option to use a Javascript Async & Defer standard setting in backend settings.

This is really a performance booster for your products and would work like for example RS Forms that not have that massive javacsripts that CMS junkies comps, modules have  just easy setting in RS Forms backend. I can send you an image how it looks in backen but here you can not posts images.

You could borrow/use some code from this free good Joomla plg Javascript Async & Defer that I have used and tested with JB directory and it works well. Pls consider to test this and make a option setting for your products too I think the whole community and you would benefit for use it.

Here is this link to this free great plg you can dl and test. https://www.daycounts.com/shop/free-stuff/javascript-async-defer

Ok great bcs it works well if can work with JBD and other Joomla comps but I have to disable it now for JBD bcs some conflicts with loading map (OSM) and also images for listings for example.

But I think this is possible to fix in future and I know other Joomla 3pds that have include it into their comps too and working well. :)
