Hi,

 

The events can be set featured from the events section in admin.
The ticket is private, the support is public.

I am still not familar with the difference between "support forum" and "ticket", thank you for pointing that out.

I am completely with you in importance of easy handling of events. There seems to be room for further improvements.

I think you should open a ticket though It seems to have to do with your set up.

 

I think also its important that the events are very easy to set up and manage and do for end users like Universe says here: https://www.universe.com/features

Hello, i am starting with events now and when i am adding an event it is shown as "Premium". I wonder why, i do not have any packages at all. So please can someone tell me how to add normal events?
