J-BusinessDirectory - Business import with problems

I just purchased the express installation of the Business Directory extension. I have version 5.7.7 installed.
I want to import businesses from my previous website that had version 5.7.2. Unfortunately I cannot import the businesses (I have more than 950 registered businesses).
I have reviewed the posts on the Forum and have noticed that many people are having difficulty importing. These people have requested that they be provided with a CSV file template in order to fit the data.
Could you help me with the business import? Could you give me a model file for csv?
You can export the current listings and get a module on how the CSV file should look like.
On the CSV file only the name is mandatory, the rest of the fields are optional.
I was having issues uploading more than 99 businesses at a time. Thats the limit. You haver to break the files up it cant be one big file.
There is no limit for the amount of listings that can be imported. There must be another issue.
