I have registration set to allow on backend of joomla. Tested my email settings and are working. Is their a setting I'm missing when a user is claiming a business?

This called Claim Request Email and you can find under Email templates.. is this one Enabled?

It shows it enabled. When test to claim business I don't receive activision email. When I test Joomla email setting I do receive the email. Thank you for your help.
Are other email templates working?
I just check contact business and that is not working also. It gives me message "business has been successfully contacted" On email templates I have them enabled(green) Is there a main tab that needs to enabled for emails? Thank you for your help.
I do receive messages in the J-BusinessDirectory dashboard area.
