J-BusinessDirectory - Class 'JBusinessUtil' not found

hello,

i just update J-businessDirectory to 5.6.10 (joomla! 3.6.10 - SP Page builder 3.8.5 and there is a message "Class 'JBusinessUtil' not found"

Ihave checked this topic https://www.cmsjunkie.com/forum/j-businessdirectory/upgrade-not-working- but there is not this code

in this path:components/com_sppagebuilder/router.php

Could please help me fix it?

PS: i would like to mention that is the second time i have issue in one month with J-businessDirectory and SP Page builder

Hi, I have reinstall J-businessDirectory to 5.6.10 and it is OK. 

Those 404 errors are related to JoomShaper, SPPB.

Their previous advice for JBD was to 'skip' v3.8.3 and wait for v3.8.4.

The v3.8.4 changelog now indicates: 

   - "Fix: Latest SPPB 3.8.3 build breaks J-BusinessDirectory"

However, I did not TRY to see if it works.

They seem to fix one thing and break another.

I ended up switching templates AGAIN to JoomlaArt T4 to see if they are any better; so far, so good.

OK fixed it seems to be a problem with SP Pagebuilder and reinstall SP Pagebuilder to version 3.8.5 and then reinstall JBD 5.7.1 solved the problem!

I am not using SPPB or Helix and JBD Crashed when updating to vJBD 5.7.1.

Received this warning message from Joomla:

• Warning
• JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate entry 'search_categories' for key 'idx_name'
• Extension installation aborted.

The admin panel has the following warning:

• An error has occurred.
• 0 Class 'JBusinessUtil' not found

I already opened a ticket.

When there is a SQL update error, please click on the fix database button and then perform the installation again.
@Joe - the issue on your website has been fixed

Confirmed fixed.

When this error is retrieved, you need to fix the database by clicking on the "Fix database" button in the directory general settings and then perform another installation.
