J-BusinessDirectory - Remove business categories box from add business

I wish to remove the business categories box from the add business page, however no matter what i select i cannot seem to remove this. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it or is it a case of something im stuck with.

If i cant remove it, is it atleast possible to get rid of the category and available category options so i can just have one small dropdown box.

Both the avaiable and selected category boxes are required when it comes to the selection of the main category, hence it didn't make any sense for us to enable/disable these options. We can modify the software to have a single drop down with categories. Let us know if you're interested and we can provide you with a quote.
