J-BusinessDirectory - trying to edit or save brings up blank screen

after installing and enabling the plugin, trying to change anything and save results in a blank screen. someone please help

I really need help. I cannot edit or save anything. it brings up blank screen.

This problem is usually generated by a 3rd party plugin. 
Please check http://www.cmsjunkie.com/forum/unable-to-save-application-settings/?p=1.

If the problem continues please disable the system plugins one by one to see which one is causing the problems.
