JHotelReservation Forum - Upgrading To Joomla 4

Hi I have just updated  a Staging site  from Joomla3  To Joomla 4   Everything worked perfectly  but Joomla  Has Show one Database  Problem listed below  is this OK or IS Action required

• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_offers_rooms_price' does not have index 'PRICE_IDX'. (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_language_translations' does not have index 'IDX_TRS'. (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_confirmations' does not have index 'IDX_CNF'. (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_offers_rates' does not have index 'IDX_ROOMS'. (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_rooms_rate_prices' does not have index 'IDX_RRP'. (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_confirmations_rooms' does not have index 'IDX_CNF'. (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_offers' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'offer_order' with type int(10). (From file 5.4.0.sql.)
• Table 'o7db8_hotelreservation_permissions' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'id' with type `id`. (From file 5.4.3.sql.)

• 110 database changes were checked.
• 125 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

I have just tried booking a room and it has shown an error page and prevented the reservation.
