Joomla Templates - J-MyDirectory Template Menu

The MegaMenu module that comes with J-MyDirectory Template is not very customisable. Is it possible to put some other menu module into this position instead? I have tried to do that, but MegaMenu overrides all other modules even if I choose their position as offcanvas. If it is not possible, how can I edit different parameters for MaxiMenu (column width, etc)?

Also, if I were to buy this template separately from you, you have a manual that comes with it, but the template manual is missing from the j-directory bundle, there is only a j-directory manual there. Is it possible to download template manual as well?

You should be able to load any module on menu items. We have successfully done that on our servers.

We will send the template user manual by email.

How have you done that? At the moment if we use any other menu module for the Main Menu and choose offcanvas position for it, it doesnt work because Megamenu overrides it. And if we choose a Menu position, it appeares lower than it should just above the search field. The j-directory template manager also doesnt allow to turn the MegaMenu off, it only allows to chose between Megamenu, Megamenu plus offcanvas or just offcanvas...
