I have been a customer for over 10 years, but it becomes very frustrating when the components don't work like they're supposed to. I have issues with the payment system, which is costing me money. I also have several issues with other components. We have to pay for components; it's only fair that they work the way they are supposed to. Maybe cmsjunkie should make sure that customers are given a finished product rather than testing the components on a live site. Can cmsjunkie take the time to give a completely well-tested system rather than the new versions that are not complete?
All our extension are tested by our QAs before going to production.
From case to case, there are some conflicts with the server configuration or with other extensions.
