J-BusinessDirectory - Featured Listings no longer at the top of a directory

It's been a couple of years since I set this up, but after the last update my featured listings are no longer showing at the top of a directory. 

I went through the setup manual, skimmed the forum, but cannot find what I am missing after going through the entire JBusiness settings on my site.

I feel like an idiot but can someone please advise? 

Here is one of the directory pages- https://usbreweryguide.com/north-dakota-breweries. Drekker brewing in one of the featured showing alphabetically and not at the top. Featured breweries all display their logo.
