J-BusinessDirectory - Ongoing Issues with my JBusiness Directory Install

Over the years I have run into several glitches with my install of JBusiness Directory that do not make sense.  End dates for some listings will change and reset the start and end date to the same day.  Some listings will not appear without being completely recreated despite having been paid, set to published, coordinates entered and activity radius entered.  Can anyone provide any insight into why these things might be happening.  I and my staff have taken extra care to double check everything and can find no logical reason for their occurance.

I think the best way is to create a support ticket and describe the process for the issues you encounter and also if thats a bug to be reported so It can be fixed too.

Pls let us know how you managed to solved this bcs its important for JBD to work as described everywhere..
